Talk:Pre-pulsar shuttle

I'm not sure if this page is necessary. Here are a few comments I have:

• The p44 and p55 oscillators are not shuttles. They are just hasslers.
• The p25 and p28 shuttles are not in their minimal form. Neither is the p29 if we are judging by minimum population.
• The p80 shuttle should probably be the p88 shuttle.

Page layout

The layout on this page needs substantial improvement. I'm not sure of what a good layout would be for the collection of patterns.

I've just organized them into a 3×6 grid (and disabled AUTOSTART because they were being quite intensive on my computer). Ian07 (talk) 17:24, 8 December 2019 (UTC)

I've partitioned the gallery into sections named by the period. The intention is to simplify navigation, reduce screen width, and enable section links from categorized redirects (so that oscillators without their own pages can still appear in categories). If there are no obvious issues with this layout, I think I'll later attempt the same for other similar lists of patterns. Confocal (talk) 12:08, 26 July 2022 (UTC)
