  1. State 0: Dead
  2. State 1: No energy, can't reproduce, B/S23
  3. State 2: Energized, B3/S23
  4. State 3: Decaying 1
  5. State 4: Decaying 2
  6. State 5: Decaying 3
  1. Transitions:
  1. Dead->Charged if surrounded by 3 charged cells.
  2. Uncharged cells can't give birth so they form still lives under B/S23.
  3. Uncharged->Charged if it doesn't die according to B3/S23 and has at least one decaying cell of any state next to it.
  4. Charged->Uncharged
  5. Uncharged->Decaying 1 if it dies according to B3/S23.
  6. Decaying 1->Decaying 2
  7. Decaying 2->Decaying 3
  8. Decaying 3->Dead
  9. All live cells like Uncharged and Charged count towards neighbor count.
