3c/7 orthogonal is an orthogonal speed that is equivalent to three sevenths of the speed of light.
Spaceships
On June 11, 2016 Tim Coe discovered the first 3c/7 orthogonal spaceship, the spaghetti monster. This ship can support a period-28 3c/7 wave found by Stephen Silver in 2000. In December 2020 and January 2021, Dylan Chen discovered four smaller 3c/7 orthogonal spaceships: Anura, Soba, 328P7H3V0,[1] and a smaller stabilization[2] of the front third of the spaghetti monster.
Higher-period spaceships based on Chen's spaceship search results have been found, specifically with periods 14,[3] 21,[4] 35,[5] 42,[6] and 63.[3]
Puffers
A 3c/7 puffer was created by Luka Okanishi on 1 March 2017.[7] In January 2021, various new puffers were either constructed manually or found via ikpx2 based on Chen's new 3c/7 spaceships.[8][9][3][10][11]
Rakes
After Dylan Chen's discovery of smaller 3c/7 spaceships, a clean period-84 glider rake was constructed by Matthias Merzenich on January 3, 2021,[12] followed by a period-21 rake the next day.[13]
Miscellaneous
On January 5, 2021, iNoMed constructed a flying wing-like growing spaceship, with the flying wing component moving at a speed of (16,2)c/50.[5]
