Rob's p16 is a period16 oscillator that was found by Rob Liston on February 10, 2020 using Adam P. Goucher's apgsearch.^{[1]} It is the smallest known period16 oscillator in terms of both population and bounding box, the first p16 to appear naturally, the first known strictly volatile p16, and the first new rotor discovered by asymmetric soup search since the 1980s. It also gives off weak sparks.^{[2]}
