Pre-pulsar shuttle 47 is a period 47 shuttle oscillator in which four tubs, four blinkers, four eater 1s and two blocks hassle two pre-pulsars. Hassling pre-pulsars in manners similar to this is currently the only known method of constructing period 47 oscillators. In March 2009, Nicolay Beluchenko found a way of extending this oscillator, shown below.[1]
