Pre-pulsar shuttle 28 is a period 28 pre-pulsar shuttle oscillator. It consists of a pre-pulsar being hassled by two period-14 shuttle mechanisms. In terms of its 54 cells it is the second smallest oscillator of that period, after mold on 41P7.2 with only 53 cells.
