If you reduce the rule in LaundryPizza's signature (knightwise replicator rule), you get a pretty nice base rule. Here's the replicator:

I wrote a search program that evaluates all patterns in a n*n bounding box in a given B0*/*V rule and determines period and speed (0 for oscillators).

A small result in B02/S1V, the P16 oscillator is new, the other have already been known including the c/12d glider:

Sorry for self-promoting, but a small modification of PlutoniumSearch does this (it can't determine speed though) and works for any rule

Excluding B0 rules, which I have not checked, this is definitively the highest period oscillator in INT that stays constantly in a 2x4 box, at p44:
