It's unlikely, given how the pre-pulsars form here (via interchanges), as the interchange predecessors puff out quite a lot, which would interfere with blocks appearing early (so they have to be made at the same time). It might also be possible to edge-shoot the two blocks simultaneously, although none of the ways I know of making those two blocks does that.

It might be possible to use a totally different approach, e.g. using two traditional pulsar predecessors, which might allow at least some of the top and bottom blocks to be in place, or maybe by using glider+still-life traffic-light predecessors.

You can find such a list here: https://conwaylife.com/forums/viewtopic ... 572#p55572

This comes from 2718281828's work to enumerate 3G collisions. The format of the file is one collision per line, each line contains an identifier (which includes the enumeration parameters) and the rle of the corresponding glider collision. There is a small fraction of duplicates in the file, and also a small number of invalid collisions (touching gliders). IIRC, the file also contains all the 2G collisions. If it would be useful to you (or anyone else), I can probably dig out a file I generated with all the collisions converted to Shinjuku's gliderset format. Because this format has a canonical form the duplicates are filtered out.
The 5S project (Smallest Spaceships Supporting Specific Speeds) is now maintained by AforAmpere. The latest collection is hosted on GitHub and contains well over 1,000,000 spaceships.

Semi-active here - recovering from a severe case of LWTDS.

I have the same 30-glider synthesis of this oscillator from 1997-03-06 (including the 3-glider block pairs), so it's at least that old. Unfortunately, I didn't keep most discoverer metadata back then, so I'm not sure who originally found it.

In that case you should get the synthesise-constellation Python script from https://github.com/dvgrn/b3s23life/tree ... collisions
Run the script in Golly with just the desired constellation in the current layer and the script will show you all (if any) 3G collisions which produce that constellation.

The synthesise-patt script works similarly for 3G collisions which produce active patterns (matched by population sequence). Follow the links there or in the OP of the "Enumerating Three-Glider Collisions" thread for more information on running the scripts.
The 5S project (Smallest Spaceships Supporting Specific Speeds) is now maintained by AforAmpere. The latest collection is hosted on GitHub and contains well over 1,000,000 spaceships.

Semi-active here - recovering from a severe case of LWTDS.

Every 3G collision that cleanly produces a small (80x80 if I recall) p1/p2 constellation is in Catagolue, so you can convert that pair of blocks into an apgcode and look up whether there's a synthesis.
What do you do with ill crystallographers? Take them to the mono-clinic!
