Seems as if we ought to have a glider synthesis for a c/6 spaceship by now...!

Well, the reason we have a synthesis for 2c/5 and c/3 is that those speeds have ships for which the core part of the ship can easily be created from a little bit of manipulation of a similar-looking still life - simplifying things massively. c/7 is so tiny and made out of simple enough pieces loosely connected that it was extremely simple to find a synthesis.

For that ship, there's some hints at a possible still life base but it's not looking too good at first glance:
