NTDB v2.0

Hello. This is not released yet and is WIP. I am posting this to indicate my intention of creating this in the near future. The language of choice will very likely be Nim due to reasons. This will be edited with more information when it exists. NTDB v1.0 was a fairly terrible javascript thing. It allowed inputting a rule and then it would analyze all existing patterns to see if they exist in said rule, via looking at the rulestring and making deductions from this. It could also find the rulespace where 2 patterns exist, search for things based on various criteria, find the rule with the most p2 spaceships of max cell size 5, etc.
