Problem with Golly 3.2

In Fedora 29, compiling Golly 3.2 and then running it results in a blank where the matrix of cells should normally be. See https://ibb.co/xmCYh5V. I compiled with CFLAGS and CXXFLAGS set to “-fPIC” and with and with “./configure --with-wx-config=wx-config-2.0” (otherwise compilation fails). Where should I file this bug?
