Search utilities with GPU acceleration?

For scripts to aid with computation or simulation in cellular automata.

Search utilities with GPU acceleration?

Are there any good search utilities like WLS (based off lifesrc) or gfind that allow GPU acceleration or other tools to make computation faster? If not, maybe someone could make a program with that option using a search algorithm already known to work well (or make a new algorithm specifically made to take advantage of that feature)?
