TheRules link in RTR is broken

WWEJ3, for getting previous WWEs. Why aren't they in the Golly version of the RTR?

Thanks for the report -- I've fixed the broken links. As to why the old WWEs aren't listed, I guess it's because they are out of date.

If I'd wanted to include them I'd have already done it! Just get them from the RTR on github.

I have downloaded the package called "WWE, WWE2, WWEJ and WWEJ2" several days ago before your post from
this link without problems.

Ok. If understand correctly then it was broken but it is now fixed.
