Sorry for not responding to this yet -- all of these problems are caused by some sort of internal inconsistency in the MediaWiki database, but I'm not sure what yet or how to fix it. Some page or category in the database that one table thinks exists, but another doesn't for some reason. I'm working on it.

FWIW, uploading new versions of files (e.g. [[:File:Richard K. Guy.jpg]]), or moving file pages (dto.) is broken as well. I'm fairly sure that the DB should not be in an inconsistent state if you've run the update script after installing the new MediaWiki version; perhaps someone in <tt>#mediawiki</tt> on Freenode will be able to help.
