I have already posted two failed attempts at SKOPs and next thing you know, either this is a real SKOP or a smaller population can be achieved using rectifiers.
Any period higher than 194 can be achieved with at most 136 cells, so this can't be SKOP.

The SKOP world is tough - LCM does not usually stand a chance against those annoying rectifier loops. If only SKOP was defined by MCP instead of population...

Probably they meant MCPS (minimum covering polyplet size).

30 is a multiple of 15 and buckaroos, inline inverters and such have been used with PDs for a long time in p30 tech, so I just lumped the buckaroo with the PD shuttles in Skopje.
