why on earth wouldn't you just use one glider?
I would really appreciate it if you would try to avoid creating new Pattern topic threads for items that don't even really make sense as a throwaway post on a "Useless Discoveries that Aren't in CGOL" thread.
Just imagine if everyone started posting "2-glider destruction of a ________" in separate threads, using whatever rule they happened to be looking at at the time. There are many, many thousands of ways to fill in that blank. If everyone created new topics along these lines, the conwaylife.com forums would quickly become completely unusable.
If you can't resist the temptation to document items like this, maybe it would be a good idea for you to set up your own weblog for the purpose.
