There are numerous options for the secondary part of the reaction, I just chose the first reasonably small one that worked.

As mentioned previously, p4 looks to be pretty much impossible without some really fancy multiple interaction reaction. And as mentioned on the Unsure Discoveries thread p8 looks to be beyond reach. I haven't tried p7.

These snake oscillators can remove blocks. They can also support a block being removed.
Combining these two makes a kind of tug-of-war.
I'm pretty sure snake-support <=> block restoration.
But to destroy a block, there are many options.
