Firstly, you won't need java to run CAViewer. The precompiled *.exe is provided above.
Anyways, you can download the JDK here (can't find JRE download): https://jdk.java.net/15/

For EnumPattEvo you will need to recompile it to adjust various parameters in the file. Try getting g++ on WSL or cygwin and run

What's not working? If it's the program, I was the person who wrote EnumPattEvo, so I may be able to help if there are errors. What is your command line output?
I manage the 5S project, which collects all known spaceship speeds in Isotropic Non-totalistic rules. I also wrote EPE, a tool for searching in the INT rulespace.

Things to work on:
- Find (7,1)c/8 and 9c/10 ships in non-B0 INT.
- EPE improvements.

Google or any other search engine should be able to find tech support for the problems you're experiencing (unless they're related to the program itself, in which case I suggest you ask Ampere.

They're periodic. The left one is the reflector, run it to T=100 and you'll see a glider going perpendicularly to the input. The right one is the splitter, run that to T=100 and you'll see the input as well as an extra glider.

Notation would be as follows: B(usual transitions)/S(usual transitions)FC(positive integer 1)E(positive integer 2)
where the value of C defines how many cells from the center cell the four corner cells are, and E is how far the edges are.

Regular isotropic non-totalistic would end in FC1E1, R2 Far Corners would be FC2E1 and R3 Far Edges would be FC1E3.

Of course, this will result in several trivial neighbourhoods, but that's to be expected, and honestly isn't a bad thing.
