Traffic Flow(2e3aciy4jnw68/S23678) - Turing complete and Orthogonoidable

This is a very interesting rule. My old one,but still good.
Its main characteristics are TONS of blocks, extremly common spaceship and great density. It also has some other still lives,but very few oscillators,such as blinker, diagonal duoplet,some shuttles and three blocks with corners sharing one neighbour.
It is very active,but relatively simple. So far I have found many reactions,such as block destroying spaceships as a rock if placed well:

spaceship being turned into a block that creates so called ,,block colonies" that expand while eating the spaceships and many other ones.
This rule is Turing - complete since we have gates,reflectors,splitters,omniperiodic and said to be Orthogonoidable. We also have some W110 unit cells.

Just for those who can't use Golly, now including me.

Some notes:

The name makes me think of a Life variant where TL is common.

It's worth noting that the block have the strong ability of acting like a rock and a catalyst.

Yeah. But like yujh pointed out, the name "traffic jam" interfere with a kind of p2 wire based adjustable-period oscillator. How about Traffic Flow?

EDIT: It's also worth noting that this rule have a 2G 180-degree collision that creates a 90-degree glider like LeapLife:
