This rule is very similar to another one of my posted rules, except that it supports the glider. Most patterns here settle down into large blobs with oscillators on the outside, but infinite growth is possible with just 3 gliders and also with just 10 cells. Both are related. Here are the gliders:

A lot of p2 Life oscillators are also possible in this rule, but once you get going to p3 and above, they become increasingly rare. The rotor for a p4 oscillator works, but its stator doesn't. EDIT: Both the rotor and the stator for the Clock II and the Catherine Wheel work.

I've toyed with this rule in the past; I'd expect some fairly simple (one time) logic gates.
