The domino appears to be 15c/48.
You probably shouldn't call the last ship "bomber" since that's the highlife ship.
More ships:

Also, the blobs don't explode at c/2 since in that case they wouldn't emit any ships.

My main issue with this rule is that, like seeds, it's not very engineerable.

The blobs seem to explode around c/3. Maybe they explode at domino speed?
