The up-flying ones (c/2 orth, knight, c/3 diag) are very common and very useful for signals.

The magic comes from the c/2 ship which has these properties.

It has a colour changing domino-splitter with repeat time of 10(!), the domino can be eater and also act as an eater, and finally two dominos can reflect a c/2 ship by 180°. I was trying to find a converter for the orth to the diag, and accidentally found this.

Might be possible. But, the tricky part seems to get fire commands as the rule has many debris in ashes, and does not last very long. however, a potential path could be shooting at a domino:
