Rules with interesting replicators

I changed the title of this thread on 27/06/2019 from 'Rules with interesting failed replicators' to its current title.

I made this post to show off some of the weird failed replicators I've discovered. Others are welcome to post.

FAILED REPLICATORS SHOULD EITHER:
Have weird speed
Have weird displacement
Anything else I guess just make them weird

The already-known failedreps of Hive (B3-ry4ckn/S2-in3-cjn4it5aiky6-a7e8) and ATPP (B3-ckq4z/S2-c3-a4iq5k6k) certainly qualify.

I haven't found a version that doesn't eventually break, though.
Incidentally, the c/2 ships it produces are also failed replicators and you can see giant columns of them interacting.

Interesting, there's a common reaction in that rule where a T is hit, and spits out two gliders, as seen in this gun (which is really a gun unlike, as I've realized, the one in that post):

I don't know if you noticed this, but the failed replicator is actually a p438 gun and the "giant wickship" is just a bunch of these noninteracting ships.

Other class F replicators all have a very regular, symmetric appearance, though, while this is rather chaotic despite retaining clear replication-like behaviour at the outer edges, so I agree with Moosey that it would fit better as a class U than a class F.

Judging from the way it evolves, I'd say it's more like an explosion that happens to produce a certain pattern frequently than a replicator.

Take a look at class-Us. They don't leave messy debris, just uses a different sequence.

Toroidalet’s answer is the best, though.

Still, I find it funny how that very large spark appears so frequently... It’s hard to believe that the rule explodes at all.

Look at gen 379 in particular to see what I mean.
