The "B-Shuttle" in rule B3/S2378

Post by Extrementhusiast » April 4th, 2010, 1:40 am

This is the basic stabilization of the "B-Shuttle" in this rule:

Code: Select all

x = 24, y = 12, rule = B3/S2378
2o$bo$bobo$2b2o$13b2o$7bo5bobo$6bob2o5bo$6bo6b3o$7bo12b2o$20bobo$22bo$
22b2o!
Could somebody find a glider gun (not necessarily related to the B-shuttle, but preferably so)?

David Eppstein built one in February 2001:

Code: Select all

x = 43, y = 25, rule = B3/S2378

Note that this shuttle also works in 2378/38, with I find a much more interesting rule.
