I can't find any example of this speed in this rule anywhere, so it seems to be new.
I manage the 5S project, which collects all known spaceship speeds in Isotropic Non-totalistic rules. I also wrote EPE, a tool for searching in the INT rulespace.

Things to work on:
- Find (7,1)c/8 and 9c/10 ships in non-B0 INT.
- EPE improvements.

The c/2o, c/3d, c/4o, and c/5o are smaller than known. c/5d and c/6o are new. The second c/3o is smallest, but the others are smallest in other rules. I'm searching c/6d at the moment.
