Well, the reason we have a synthesis for 2c/5 and c/3 is that those speeds have ships for which the core part of the ship can easily be created from a little bit of manipulation of a similar-looking still life - simplifying things massively. c/7 is so tiny and made out of simple enough pieces loose...
