Re: CGOL patterns as NFTs

For example, suppose that person A discovers a p19 oscillator and mints the original version, then person B mints thirty or so stator variants. (For simplicity, I shall assume that each distinct pattern can be minted a maximum of one time. This isn't the case, but the general principle that I am at...

3. Yes I was expecting the community to realize the effort put here should be monetized. As I see it now - people are just not thinking anyone should monetize anything done here. As I said before - this is way worse than what I've expected to be the situation in this community. AFAICT the community...

A project non-trivial amount of work deserves my like.

@HDP Thank you from me for the valuable feedback; I'm pretty sure bedorlan got the patterns from the lexicon.

By "Alt + K" do you mean Alt + H ? I don't think there should be any errors with Alt + K -- it just wouldn't work because it wasn't mapped in 3.4. Whoops yes I mean Alt + H If you've done that and still have the 3.4 GollyPrefs available, can you check one more thing? Welp I had to redo the same thi...

Option-J now works. Thank you. (I don't need Option-H, as there are only problems going from multistate to two-state, not two-state to multistate.) Whether it's needed or not, I'd like to know why it was broken. It's very convenient to have the shortcuts: getting rid of blue cells in a LifeHistory ...

Re: Bespoke Oscillators/Periodic Catalysts

Be aware that there are two kinds of periodic catalysts, depending on whether they are phase-shifted or not when catalysing a reaction. Good point; I think phase-shifting is interesting enough that there were (and IMHO should be) descriptions talking that the catalyst is phase-shifted. Also with th...
