Re: Just the place for a Snark!

This version might be more glider-constructible:

Code: Select all

x = 28, y = 21, rule = B3/S23

Patterns of the Year 2011

No, you weren't. I took the liberty of counting the votes and came up with the following results: In 7th place: (08) Small Moving Sawtooth , at 1 In 6th place: (05) Small c/6 diagonal spaceship , at 2 In 5th place: (06) Stable HWSS Heisenburp , at 4 In 4th place: (04) Width-1 quadratic growth and (0...

Re: How to set up independent pattern collection....

Get a website, put all of your spaceships in a file, and upload it.

At least, that's the easy way to do it.

It's a supporting ship in the Line Puffer. Sorry, but that's been found before.

Congratulations! You have found a 1,7c/66 knightship! It can be steered (!) if anyone can find a way to move the block w/o interfering w/ the spaceship.

Re: SGR Help Needed

That's the pattern I was going to attach it to, but thanks anyway. The thought ``stable glider reflector'' popped into my head as soon as I saw that, but I cannot for the life of me find a suitable glider -> spark for it. Anyone here who helps me will get credit if I can create a microreflector!

SGR Help Needed

If any of you out there know of or can make such a device, it would definitely be appreciated. Thanks in advance, b...
