Re: Thread for Discord crossposts
I was told (offline) that Discord has a proof of "pseudo-oscillators" being minimally-separable into more than 4 pieces (thus unlike pseudo still lives) that works by introducing intersection component (so connection graph is no longer planar) I don't think it's in News Archive on wiki, nor on any p...

"that Burloaferimeter is the only known oscillator with a heat lower than 2?" dyk on wiki's frontpage seems like an interesting challenge

Re: Suggested LifeWiki edits
Status page is already linked in spaceships, oscillators and guns
It's probably worth linking to it in the rest of listed categories - like puffers, rakes, reflectors

I just want to protest against discord links in the "In the News" section
Especially for theoretic texts like recent "no finite phoenixes" that unlike "pattern discovery moment" can't be discarded to be understood

Re: Unproven conjectures
So, the maximum average on cell density for any periodic pattern is 17/28. a) It is slightly more powerful, since it's the maximum average density for any evolution (in the limit), not just periodic I guess the only distinction would be spacefiller or smth, but still ---- b) That strategy is kinda....
