Thanks for taking the challenge! Would your end piece work with odd width as well? I need two different backends for odd and even widths.

For higher widths, much steeper descents should be possible!Optimizations welcome, obviously!

OK, actually it‘s (3,3)c/14. I personally count that as 3c/7 in taxi cab metrics. So it can be supported at least theoretically. I‘ll check for the link!
