Had a question and this looked like a good thread to post it on.
WireWorld is a four color rule.
What are some three color rules with highly flexible circuitry?
This two color rule looks intriguing, and perhaps adaptable to three colors.

Re: The Hunting of the Elementary Conduits
If I looked at ElementaryConduits_17May2018.zip correctly, the table of enumerations looks like the following code table. No usages of D (dove) seem to be in the collection, but various mentions are in the thread. LOM and E also get mentions. There are also (non-useful?) conduits for SE (Schick engi...

Re: The GoL Alphabet
Rather than ask there, I'll ask here.
Is the reason the Switch Engine got left out of the Conduit database because:
1. Known Switch Engine converters aren't useful enough
The bobsled run is known, but it also mentions simpler converters are known.

Re: Unproven conjectures
Oh, of course. The Unique father problem.
Are there any handy father-finding programs? I'd like to see other fathers for this pattern.

Re: Unproven conjectures
A classic time-traveler paradox involves accidentally becoming one's own parent.
Are there any Still Life objects where the only father is themselves?

Re: Massive spam attacks on the wiki (and forums?)
What is the material at the bottom of http://conwaylife.com/wiki/R64 there for? Isn't just the Herschel and four blocks needed? It's needed to eat the first natural glider of the formed Herschel. If you open the LifeViewer, click the reset button once, and then play it, the pattern will run for eno...
