Using the stable eater found by FWKnightship, you can "simulate" the sparky oscillator like so: x = 20, y = 33, rule = 234e/2e3/4 6.2A$6.A$3.2A.A$3.2A.2A2$3.2A.2A$3.2A.A5.2AC$6.A4.2A$6.2A4.ACA$12.3A 3$17.2A$16.C2A$17.2A2$17.A$16.B2A$16.C.A$18.C$16.C$13.2A$6.2A4.ABA$6. HTech (234e/2e3/3)

Named HTech because I am a very creative person who names things in creative ways creatively. This rule has natural guns, an ortho spaceship, a diagonal spaceship and a few more rarer spaceships. There are many reactions in this rule, and I have found many (however I'm still missing a P18 splitter, ...

A map of all OTCA rules!

UPDATE:
Included more axioms, and all of the B0 axioms (thanks laundrypizza03!) which were very tedious to copy, so hopefully I didn't make any mistakes!

Re: A map of (half of) all OTCA rules!

Hello, sorry, I keep forgetting to check the forums! This is probably unreasonable, but is there a way to do this with non-totalistic rules? also, bump Well, technically, but you would need a 2251799813685248x2251799813685248 image (still excluding B0), and that seems very unreasonable (if memory se...

I wrote a Processing program to rearrange the pixels of the original, and it looks like this:

Interestingly, everything is more "square". CGOL can be found at 144, 240 (yes, after the upscaling). Here it is shown in the outlined box.

This has gotten an overwhelming amount of replies! Nice job everyone! I have created a spreadsheet to put these in, it is in the original post. I will work on adding these, however feel free to contribute if you wish! Update: Added all of them! That took a while. Be careful though, I had to skip ove...

I don't know the rules for extending the gray code, nor can I find them, though this would be very interesting!

"Smallest" INT rules supporting particular speeds

Inspired by 5s. "Smallest" here is defined by transition count of the rule (e.g B/S1 actually counts as 2 transitions, S1c and S1e, B2a/S counts as 1 transition). Spaceships do not have to be optimized for bounding box or cell count. For example: (1,0)c/1 is 2 (B2ae/S): x = 2, y = 4, rule = B2ae/S o...

hello, may i have a trusted account? my wiki name begins with the (amount of cells in the first discovered spaceship in the rule B3/S23-4)th letter of the creator of said rules middle name. the second letter is the (heat of a well known B3/S23 spaceship-2)th to last letter of said spaceship. the res...

Some theories I have, feel free to contribute

All of the following may not apply to non-INT rules. For a pattern to escape its bounding box, it must have one of the following: B0, B1e, B1c, B2a, B2c, B3i For a pattern to escape its bounding diamond, it must have one of the following: B0, B1e, B1c, B2a, B2e, B3a If a pattern cannot escape its b...

i imagine we will probably find an OR gate before an AND anyway though lol (also if we find either then this rule is tc, a NOT gate is trivial with an XOR and a clock which we have, and that allows NAND or NOR gates)
