Nice work on assembling the B0 speeds. One thing I did notice is that the 18c/20 is labeled as having 3 cells when it has 4 and the 11c/16d is labeled as (11,0)c/16, but those things will probably be pretty easily visible by script when that comes around. For the rules, I get why the last one exists...
