35P52 is a period 52 oscillator discovered by David Buckingham on October 1, 1977,[1] making it the first oscillator of that period to be found. It consists of four copies of eater 1 hassling lumps of muck. In terms of its 35 cells it is the smallest known period 52 oscillator.[2]
