Rich's p16 is a period 16 oscillator that was found by Rich Holmes on July 5, 2016 using Adam P. Goucher's apgsearch.[1] It consists of a bi-boat interacting with unnamed objects that then create two more boats in the exact same position, but flipped. It can slightly interact with a snake in a non-trivial way. [2]
Tanner Jacobi and Michael Simkin used Rich's p16 on the day of its discovery to optimize various guns.[3][4]
