Rich's p16 is a period 16 oscillator that was found by Rich Holmes on July 5, 2016 using Adam P. Goucher's apgsearch.[1] It consists of two boats hassling an unknown objects that then creates two more boats in the exact same poison, but flipped.
Tanner Jacobi and Michael Simkin used Rich's p16 on the day of its discovery to optimize various guns.[2][3]
