Eve is a methuselah with a lifespan of 30046 generations, discovered by Andrzej Megier on June 29, 2008.[1] It was found by testing random walk patterns in combination with a moderately distanced predefined pattern (in this case, the "<" hexomino).[2]
Stable pattern
The stable pattern that results from Eve cycles between 3034, 3050 and 3026 cells.
