Bunnies 10 is a methuselah with lifespan 17423 that was found by Tomas Rokicki. It is currently the second longest-lived known methuselah with 10 or fewer cells, having since been surpassed by bunnies 10a in 2019. Its name comes from the fact that after generation 104 it evolves similarly to the methuselah bunnies.
Stable pattern
The stable pattern that results from bunnies 10 has 1749 cells and is the exact same as that of bunnies, but with one extra glider that escapes before generation 104. That is, it consists of 136 blinkers (including 14 traffic lights), 109 blocks, 65 beehives (including three honey farms), 41 gliders, 18 boats, 18 loaves, seven ships, four tubs, three ponds and two toads.[1]
