The Fano database of gliders is in desperate need of updating. There is this 13-cell c/3o, the "cicada", in B3/S01367, that isn't in it.

That's far from the only example. The
B3/S23 page, for example, doesn't list the loafer or the copperhead. The Fano site hasn't been updated in at least several years, and I think the creator David Eppstein either isn't working with CA anymore or hasn't been contactable by anyone (?).

As far as the glider database goes I don't think that's been updated in quite some time. There are two relevant threads on this board if you are interested in known results:

For the specific rule you mentioned there is already a c/3 known in that rule. Please note comments from the glider db:

GitHub and contains well over 1,000,000 spaceships.

Would it be possible to add nontotalistic rules to the database?
I guess that would be far too much.

I had been working on a user-editable NT glider database, but nobody wanted to add to it. The discussion is
here.
I manage the
5S project, which collects all known spaceship speeds in Isotropic Non-totalistic rules. I also wrote
EPE, a tool for searching in the INT rulespace.
Things to work on:
- Find (7,1)c/8 and 9c/10 ships in non-B0 INT.
- EPE improvements.
