I am really confused. Is there a place where I can find any c/4 rakes and puffers?

There's one each of the oldest c/4 puffer and oldest c/4 rake in Golly's pattern connection, in the appropriate Patterns/Life subfolder. For a few somewhat newer c/4 discoveries, see the links in this thread. There aren't a whole lot of them available, so don't expect to find the wide selection that you get at c/2. Sokwe's p24 c/4 backrake, at the bottom of that thread, is a marvel of miniaturization as far as c/4 rakes go.
