Bellman, dr, and ptbdearch help

I need help for bellman, ptbsearch, and dr
For bellman:
I have installed and compiled it, now I do not know how to use it
For ptbsearch:
I do not know how to use ptb2.exe and survive.exe
For dr and dr2:
I keep getting

Bad bit in 'd' or 'D' command

Whenever I try

dr2 < input.txt > output.txt

I have entered the input
Can anybody help?
