Where to load a RLE for LifeWiki?

Please tell me where to upload RLEs for use in LifeWiki - or find the RLE for "backbone" in "Super-hard-to-destroy battleship" and load it to LifeWiki with proper credit and the name, if trhere is one, into "Turtle" article. The "backbone" has wasp-like sides on each segment. In Platypus5's thread header, the Backbone is shown as the middle of the battleship - apparently some kind of "middle shield" protecting one part from debris of the other's destruction. And in my post there, you'll find Backbone, reduced to showing all 3 generations of its "segment". Backbone and Turtle Poo are notable because, however extensible they are, they need dual stabilization, of which one end is a parasite, the other end is a spaceship of its own.
"turtle poo" refers to the tagalong already shown on LifeWiki.
