I removed the stabilizing blocks at one end so burning would occur. (Also, this is just an example; one could theoretically extend it infinitely.) How do people even make these conduits? Are they entirely handmade using known reactions, or is there an automated search program that generates them?

This one is basically just trivially assembling of three conduits together in a way that isn't obvious; it's essentially a four-stage reaction (H->Pi, Pi->R+H, R->G).

Well. I'm not that good at conduits (hence why I made a forum game revolving around them, so we could all learn a bit). The best I can really do is attach blocks and eater 1s and 2s around things like B-heptominos, so I don't know a lot of the tricks.

Then again, I haven't been keeping that file up-to-date very well this year. There are quite a few H-to-Gn converters missing from it, including Kazyan's new in-passing Spartan H-to-G10 Fx77 variant.

@muzik, the individual pieces of compund conduits like this are generally found with search utilities -- ptbsearch, catalyst, CatForce, Bellman, etc. There's usually at least a piece or two that gets bolted on manually, by looking through the current scrap heap (the Elementary Conduits Collection) and finding something that fits.

In this case, gmc_nxtman said there were four stages, but only mentioned three. If you want to look the pieces up in the ECC, it's HL75P + PF291R, which is a variant of the PF35W converter that can be found in the Fx176 Herschel conduit... plus WFx46H (the only known W-to-H converter) and one of the most versatile R-to-G converters, RNW3T46G.
