Is there such a thing as a stationary wickstretcher?

Okay, I see... The pattern I posted above (just to demonstrate; it has a small moving part and a large fencepost) can be thought as a stationary wickstretcher if I don't consider the moving part as part of the stationary wickstretcher... (But that would not make 'stationary wickstretchers' as interesting as this, I think.)

I think I got how you were interested in finding this specific thing.
