We should try and come up with a list of criteria that have to be met for a "_____ hasslers" page to be met before something happens to cause conflict.
id say there should by at least 6 known oscilators that hassle a given object for a page listing them to be created, with hassler pages made before November 1st, 2023 being grandfathered in.
