in life-based sticky, a photon running right beside a cell can "spread" the cell, thus a single photon being able to convert a beehive into a honeyfarm.

It is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too big. For context, the distance between some groups of gliders, even with smallest bounding box, in cells, is larger than the number of atoms in the universe.

No kind of computer can run gliders with a distance of 10^10^118 cells. Even streamlife cannot help.
