Flror 51 is neither flor 51 nor florr 51. It is a forest completely covered in indigo paint that never comes off. The only way to escape is to eat a flower, which will have a 𝝅% chance to open a portal to flor 51. If it does not open a portal, then womp womp, you'll have to eat another flower.

Both, actually. From the outside it’s supposed to look like a standard skyscraper but some of the floors are non-Euclidean and they are bigger on the inside than the outside.

Nice. Luckily I made level 107-109 extremely large from the inside (1km squared from the inside). Are there levels that are smaller in the inside or where the distortion is directional?

If it's really a standard skyscraper, it would immediately collapse as the skyscraper itself is very tall, or maybe never as it's far taller than the universe. We may can solve overpopulation by moving all people to all of the "residential area" of the skyscraper.
