Why does there need to be a thread listing these? The moderators ban these accounts as soon as they notice them, and delete their posts, and those posts can either be reported directly via the "report post" button or in the "massive spam attacks" thread. This thread just seems redundant, especially since it's in the Sandbox forum which at least some of the moderators aren't even subscribed to in the first place.
