Well done! I think that's also the smallest bounding box possible. You get to set the next one.

I'll let someone else set one because I proposed this one.

New one:

Code: Select all

x = 11, y = 8, rule = LifeHistory
6.C$4.C.C$3.C3.2C$4.C2.C$10.C$.C8.C$3.C2.C2.C$2C!
I manage the 5S project, which collects all known spaceship speeds in Isotropic Non-totalistic rules. I also wrote EPE, a tool for searching in the INT rulespace.

Things to work on:
- Find (7,1)c/8 and 9c/10 ships in non-B0 INT.
- EPE improvements.

Okay, I'm playing this one. 28 cells:

6.C$4.CAC$3.C3.2C$3.AC2.C.A$8.A.C$.C3A5.C$A2.C2.C2.C$2C3.2A2.2A!

Considering the last one was over so quickly, here's a more elegant one inspired by my first one:

Code: Select all

x = 13, y = 13, rule = LifeHistory
6.C2$2.C7.C$6.C$4.C3.C2$C2.C5.C2.C2$4.C3.C$6.C$2.C7.C2$6.C!

A random fill of right around 14% generates some nice puzzles.
Examples:

Code: Select all

x = 39, y = 15, rule = LifeHistory

That is probably minimal, seeing as the smallest I could achieve was 29.

New one, hopefully harder than the last one:
