Today, we will be looking at B-Univ.
B-Univ is the most complex CA b-engine had ever made.
But is it really that good?
==Still lifes, oscillators, spaceships, guns and wickstretchers==
There're infinite still lifes made of only state 1 or 5 cells, and in fact they're all constructable. Not that good.
Oscillators with period of 3 and above are simple using signal loops, but for p2 a different approach is used: the duoplet. Not good either.
Spaceships can exist, but the small ones are all from Logic Rule (which we'll show at next episode). The only known other spaceship travels at speed slower than 2c/1052, which is ridiculously elephant-sized.
The only known guns are made of state 3 cells that shoots photons. The 2c/1052 gun is too hard to construct.
Wickstretchers travel at lightspeed and stretch a blue wire. There's no known other wickstretchers so bad.

A glider synthesis has to be a collision, otherwise it would be impossible to define when the target object is formed / how many generations it takes to complete a synthesis, and one wouldn't know when "rewinding the original gliders back in time" becomes ambiguous.
